Policy for Cancellation/Refund

HPS Creations is all about delivering its clients the best of what it can, within the time. All the products that we customize are produced to orders that we receive from our customers. However, these orders can’t be canceled or refunded once placed. In case we fail to proceed with your order, we will generate reward points which will be credited to your account if you refund or cancel your order and can be redeemed anytime.
